Hailey and Michael were getting married. NO MATTER WHAT. I loved hearing those words and their excitement to commit their lives to each other. It was happening. There were so many things about their day that just made me smile. They exchanged gifts and Hailey wore her mother’s pearl necklace and a diamond bracelet from dad. Some really cool person ordered donuts in the shape of her new last name. Both Hailey and her dad told me SEPARATELY that they weren’t criers. You know, just giving me a head’s up for their first look.
And then both processed to cry. They might have been confused with the water that landed on their cheeks…first when dad saw his daughter before the ceremony and then again walking down the aisle.
Michael and Hailey were bursting at the seams right before their first kiss and couldn’t get enough of each other all day. They are the sweetest people and handled those near negative temps like champs.
Congratulations, Michael and Hailey!
