Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale. -Unknown
If I had a wedding design soul mate, Maria would be it. Russ and Maria’s Meadow Brook Hall wedding was so perfectly done! There was a definite vision for how the wedding would look and it turned out beautifully. The bride, Maria, has been dreaming of having her wedding at Meadow Brook Hall since she was a little girl. I can see why too, with it’s Tudor Revival style architecture the hall looks like something directly out of a fairytale.
On the inside, the hall is decorated in a warm and rich color scheme that Maria complimented perfectly with here color palette of blushes, golds, rose golds and burgundy. It really made the room pop and to be honest, I love rich colors myself. It turns out, I wasn’t the only fan, some of my newer brides have been going crazy over it too!
Everything about Maria’s design choices seemed to just fit in the space so perfectly – right down to the cake! However, it was the flowers really stole my heart. I just loved the way they called attention in every photo.
As much as I loved the inside of the hall, I was super thankful that the rain held off just long enough that we could enjoy the grounds. There were so many location options to choose from I felt like we did a bit of a walking tour through the grounds as we did photos! Before we knew it, it was time to cut the cake and deliver the speeches.
If there was ever a fairytale wedding, Russ and Maria definitely had it at Meadow Brook Hall. A big thanks to many great vendors, along with family and friends, who make their day rock!
