Henry and Esther’s Sutton Barn Wedding effortlessly showcased Michigan in the fall. Add in a beautiful couple getting married outdoors with all of the morning sunshine, moody golden-hour rays, and a vast night sky, and it made an ideal setting for a fall wedding. It’s Pure Michigan magic from start to finish. I first noticed the light spilling through the little window into the room where the ladies were getting ready. The light teased my camera all day, adding splashes of color and vibrancy to each photo. Throughout the day, We witnessed so many tender moments, enjoyed a whole lot of singing, and the dance floor was packed with the Detroit Police. And, friends, you know I love candid images. So, when I caught the family bound in a tight-knit hug after the ceremony, I knew I had made one of my favorite images of the whole day.
