When we wake up in the morning, we can’t know exactly how the day will play out. On the morning of Spencer and Emma’s wedding day, all I knew is that we were in for a treat, gorgeous locations, and a lot of moment-driven images that would bring these two right back to the events of their wedding.
Both Spencer and Emma’s crew got ready at the Dearborn Inn and then we headed into Detroit to walk that long gorgeous aisle at The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. This is a little random, but I love when I get to shoot in this space. There is a little spot near the altar that lets me glimpse the couple from the front as the ceremony progresses. And that little gesture between the two makes my heart dance.
We made portraits right outside of the church since the grounds are lovely and then traveled to the Henry Ford Museum to celebrate. It was truly a day anyone in attendance will remember.
