Glynis and Woody’s wedding day was the perfect mix of classic and fun. Everything started at the Village Club, where Glynis got ready in the morning. The team from Lena Shkreli absolutely nailed the hair and makeup, and I had time to photograph all of her beautiful details before the day took off.
Once everyone was set, the wedding party hopped on a trolley and headed to Christ Church Cranbrook—a place with deep meaning for Glynis’s family. The ceremony was heartfelt and full of emotion.
Afterward, we returned to the Village Club for portraits and one of the best cocktail hours ever. Two whole hours in the garden with friends and family—it was such a vibe. If anyone is planning a wedding, I’d say a garden cocktail hour is one of the most fun ideas you could do.
Dinner was gorgeous, with Viviano Florist bringing in stunning blooms that made the space feel fresh and full of summer color. Then the Ben Sharkey Band took over, and the dance floor stayed packed all night.
And for late-night snacks? Bosco sticks. Yep—those iconic, cheesy breadsticks. Even cooler? Woody’s family actually created them. Talk about the most personal (and delicious) wedding snack ever.
This Summer Village Club wedding was filled with meaning, music, and so much joy—exactly the kind of day that feels unforgettable.
