These two. Jeff and Kelly have been together for a while. In fact, I had the privilege of meeting the two at a family wedding a few years back and could tell even then that this day was coming. The two wanted a wedding day that reflected who they were but it was most important to them that their guests have a great time celebrating with them. They had a first look in the Guardian building and hit up midtown for some portraits (yeah, we found all that color in November) and then headed down to the waterfront for family photos. The weather was kind of fun though! A quick little storm blew in, and we totally enjoyed the mood throughout the whole venue. Well, at least I did. I love a good rainstorm–especially when we were already at the reception and had incredible light everywhere.
What was my favorite part? Shoot, I couldn’t choose. A gorgeous naturally lit ceremony, the Comicon characters dotting the waterfront and providing some entertaining conservation, and of course a killer venue. But man, the way that Jeff danced with his beautiful new wife for most of the evening might have my final vote. 🙂
Congratulations, Jeff and Kelly!
