Grosse Ile Yacht Club Wedding
For the hundredth time (or at least what feels like the hundredth time), I want to tell you my absolute favorite moment of all time on every single wedding day. It’s the image of the most elated couple who were just pronounced married (YESSSS!!!!!!) and coming back down the aisle. Who knows why I love it. It’s the most candid time I can think of that always speaks the utter joy that two people have after their vows in front of the most important people in their lives. So that’s why I love it.
Lisa and Andrew’s wedding had all of the things that make a great wedding. The day was full of their tribe that hugged, high-fived, and danced the night away with them. Lisa wore her grandmother’s brooch in her hair and we got to use the airport on Grosse Ile for photos (sometimes there is an upside to a brewing storm). But the big story is just how much these two adore each other. And it’s definitely obvious.
