Claire and Jake’s wedding day was absolutely lovely and featured some of the most historic landmarks in Detroit. The ladies began the morning at the Hotel St. Regis, an ideal city backdrop that perfectly reflected Claire’s vintage-inspired style. She has such an eye for timeless pieces—her 18th-century Mikimoto pearls and vintage YSL shoes were unforgettable. But as stunning as Claire looked and as gorgeous as the Hotel St. Regis was, nothing compared to the emotion during their first look. It was truly one for the books.
After portraits, we headed to St. Peter & Paul’s Russian Orthodox Cathedral in Southwest Detroit. The ceremony was rich in centuries-old tradition, and the vibrant colors inside the church were breathtaking. The celebration continued at Crystal Gardens, where Claire and Jake welcomed their closest friends and family and danced the night away. The energy stayed high until late into the evening, and every moment reflected just how joyful this day truly was.
