Michigan in the fall is something special. The leaves turn into fiery shades of gold and orange, and the sunlight seems to slow down just enough to bathe everything in a warm, romantic glow. For photographers like me, it’s one of the most magical times of the year. And for couples like Brianna and Daniel, it sets the stage for an unforgettable wedding. Their Paint Creek Country Club wedding was the perfect start to the season.
The day began with all the sweet anticipation you’d expect—quiet laughter between the bride and her girls, a proud mother watching her daughter step into her dress, and those little behind-the-scenes moments that build into something big. From there, we traveled to St. Vincent De Paul in Pontiac, a beautifully ornate church filled with old-world charm. The ceremony was emotional and heartfelt, surrounded by the echoes of history and the support of loved ones.
One of my favorite parts of every wedding is the moment just after the couple is pronounced husband and wife. That burst of joy, relief, and pure love is unbeatable—and Brianna and Daniel’s didn’t disappoint.
The venue, with its lush fall landscape and elevated views, created the perfect backdrop for golden-hour portraits and a lively reception. From the glitter sneakers the bride wore to dance the night away, to the personalized thank-you notes at each place setting, every detail felt intentional and meaningful.
Brianna and Daniel brought their personalities into every moment, and the result was a day that was equal parts elegant and fun. Thank you for letting me witness and document such an important day. Your love is inspiring, and I’m so honored to have been a part of it.
