Spring and fall are both beautiful seasons in Michigan, and Andrea and Nick couldn’t decide which one they loved more for their engagement session at Michigan State University. Instead of choosing just one, we decided to do both, and somehow Michigan gave us the best weather twice.
Their fall session brought warm light and a relaxed afternoon.
And then came the spring. Michigan State in the spring is stunning. When spring arrived, everything shifted, with soft greens, flowering trees, and a completely different energy across campus. Photographing them in both seasons felt like watching the same story unfold in two chapters.
I pulled together a handful of favorites from both sessions to share here.
Andrea and Nick will be getting married this spring at The Henry Ford, and after spending time with them on campus, I already know it’s going to be a wonderful day. I can’t wait to photograph the next part of their story.
