The Toledo Zoo is such a cool venue for a wedding. It’s just cool. Danielle and David woke up to mild winter weather and enjoyed a quiet morning. Hair and makeup, yummy munchies, and laughter. We headed over to the zoo and the two saw each other for the first time before the ceremony. It was absolutely perfect first look before creative portraits and family photos. And then the fun began. They chose to get married at the Aquarium and celebrate in the Great Hall. There were so many other little things that I loved about the day. The 10-minute hug between Danielle and her father, the Zoo animals that stopped in to enjoy cocktail hour, and the sweet looks caught between David and Danielle all night. We even snagged a few minutes on the dance floor to get a killer group photo (it’s one of my favorite things of the space allows.
