Ok, the title is a little deceiving. It wasn’t just a lovely backyard wedding. It was a crazy amount of fun. There wasn’t a place that I could turn where I didn’t find someone laughing, partying, playing, and in this case, taking the challenge to run the obstacle course. Knowing Mary (and now getting to know Bob), this was every bit the kind of day that I would imagine for them. All the folks they know and love gathered around them to celebrate their vows and play some serious games. We got to call Mary’s grandma in Japan. Technology is cool. But we just have to know…Mary, did you, in fact, beat Bob in the obstacle course???
Thanks to all of the people that worked with Mary and Bob to make this day ridiculously perfect. You did everything but make the sunshine appear–but we even got sunshine too. That, and a killer tandem bike.
