Zain and Fatima’s early spring wedding was full of fun, incredible details that fit them, and a ton of rich tradition.
We spent time before the marriage ceremony with a short first look and some portraits. Dinner was fantastic at the International Banquet Center in Greektown and wedding clothing was special ordered and brought from overseas to mark the special day.
There were so many great moments + hugs + laughter. I couldn’t even choose which part of the evening was the most fun. I loved being a fly on the wall during the Pakistani shoe stealing tradition. Just a fun way for friends, siblings and cousins to get involved and giggle. A lot. We got ice cream from the Astoria bakery. But when the piano rolled out and Zain surprised his new bride with two songs that he wrote and played, I think that topped it all.
