These two really made my week. We cooked up a plan for their engagement shoot that felt truly unique, just like them. Candice, you see, is a real foodie. I mean, she supposedly made her own hazelnut spread for their first date – that’s dedication! Travis might have even thought about proposing right then and there.
My husband would have been tempted, that’s for sure! (Though, thankfully, he didn’t ask about my cooking skills back in college. Candice has been kind enough to send me ideas as I’m finally learning to enjoy cooking.) So, for their shoot, they dressed up, and we found this gorgeous patch of wildflowers. We danced in the soft light, then spread out a picnic. For dessert, they even brought Jeni’s ice cream!
But that wasn’t all. We experimented with some smoke bombs, too, adding a fun, unexpected twist. We left that evening super late, having enjoyed every single minute. May can’t come soon enough for their wedding!
