Max and Erin are officially married! Their wedding day looked a bit different than originally planned. They’d hoped for a big May celebration, but life had other ideas. Even though the larger party is still to come (and yes, I’ll be there!), Erin put together an intimate wedding. You might call it a micro-wedding, but honestly, there was nothing small about the love and laughter filling the air. I’d been looking forward to this day since their engagement session, and their vows were everything you could wish for. These two just make you want to hug them – it was truly hard not to!
That dress, though. When Max first saw Erin, he just kept repeating, “I am marrying the most beautiful girl in the world.” He even circled her to get a better look, saying those words again. He’s a photographer himself (in his medical school spare time), and handing over the camera to him to capture his bride was the best. And yes, he nailed those shots.
Their vows were exchanged in his parents’ backyard, bathed in magical light. There was a champagne toast, and the speeches were honest and priceless. The patio tables were set elegantly, with lush florals from MI Honeybee Flowers and linens from Luxe Event Linen transforming the space. And, of course, Emmy was there! Their sweet puppy might have been a bit worn out from all the excitement, but having her there made the day even more special. She even snuck into a few sunset photos.
Congregations, Erin and Max!
