Snow-flakes
There’s a quiet charm to Michigan winters, and Sarah and Garret’s wedding day held all that beauty, even without the snow. Our state’s seasons always deliver, and their winter celebration was no exception. They wrapped their guests in warmth and love, choosing rich colors that felt like a comforting embrace.
Those few minutes Sarah shared with her parents before the ceremony, and Garret’s gaze as she walked down that long aisle, were truly special. We captured some traditional portraits at the church, and a few with their wedding party, before heading to Waldenwoods for the reception.
For their creative photos, we did things a little differently. Since Garret wanted to see Sarah for the first time walking down the aisle, and the sun was setting as they left the church, we decided to meet the following week. They put their wedding clothes back on, and we took all the time we needed to create those stunning portraits. I certainly wasn’t going to object to more time behind the camera with them.
Congratulations, Garret and Sarah!
