It’s that time of year when I get to work on wedding albums—those beautiful leather-bound books that are made to be opened around the holidays, shared with family, and passed around over coffee. There will be smiles, a few happy tears, and stories that come flooding back.
For Matt and Cait, their album won’t just be a collection of photos. It’ll be a way to relive the joy of their wedding day—again and again. Their day was full of little moments that really stuck with me. Like the look on Cait’s dad’s face when he saw her for the first time. Or her mom’s bracelet and handkerchief. And that huge, matching smile Matt and Cait had when they finally saw each other.
The speeches? Some of the best I’ve heard—funny, sweet, and full of love. The first dances had the whole room quiet, completely caught up in the moment. It was the kind of day no one wanted to end.
Congrats again, Matt and Cait. I’m excited to see where life takes you next.
