Kristen and Ryan’s wedding day was a perfect July day. The weather was warm and lovely, and the clouds were beautiful. They two met, and I think they pretty much knew right away that they were right for each other. And I can’t help but agree. It was pretty apparent in their engagement photos. (Take a peek here…cause you should look at them, they are lovely).
It was a sweet day. Kristen and her sweet gals got their hair done in the morning and put on the finishing touches before the ceremony (and Kristen didn’t disappoint a soul with those beautiful eyes). The guys met before the ceremony for their final touches and photographs and then both Kristen and Ryan got ready for the moment. The moment that they looked forward to. The vows overlooking the water with their closest family and friends. I knew it was coming. We all knew that it would be emotional, and I am pretty sure that we all teared up a little and then rejoiced with these two when they were pronounced husband and wife.
And of course, I was certainly THRILLED at the gorgeous light that came through the trees at Elizabeth Park that afternoon for portraits. The couple greeted guests and then spent the rest of the evening just enjoying everyone’s company and loving the dance floor. This sweet, intimate wedding was all that I imagined.
Congratulations, Kristen and Ryan! I am so excited to see what your future holds!
