Sweet Beginnings.

It’s always so sweet–but it’s really always just the beginning.  I love that wedding days are about the start of something new. Two people are branching out from their family and forging forward in life certain to have a million sweet adventures.

Old Indian Creek Farm in Olivet, Michigan was quite the setting to begin their life.   Autumn had just begun to turn the leaves on the tree, and the grounds were still lush.   The quaint farmhouse was available to them to get ready comfortably. The relaxed morning allowed for gift-giving, lunch, hair and makeup, and game-playing for the kids.  The two didn’t see each other before the ceremony, but I think that just the short holding of hands before calmed some of the pre-ceremony jitters.  The ceremony was sweet, and the couple celebrated with their guests in the barn.  It was definitely a sweet beginning.
