Dayton and Rebecca’s wedding day was definitely one for the books. In February, I still love the snow… A lot. A couple of weeks before the wedding day, we just didn’t have a lot of snow. But I was hoping for some. I knew Rebecca and Dayton would be brave and end up rocking out any winter photos, anywhere…but if we had snow, it would be even better. 🙂
And so when we were looking at a storm with 7+ inches that week, I was absolutely thrilled. It took me several hours to check out the area before the wedding so I could plan for photos, and while we couldn’t venture far from the church, the locations we found couldn’t have been more gorgeous. The entire area was definitely more country than city, and we just had to step into the road to make magic.
And the magic started with the first look. I don’t think I had ever seen a groom scream in excitement and then cry at the site of his bride. It had to be my favorite part of an absolutely gorgeous day. The couple was married at New Faith Chapel and then greeted guests in Allen Park at the Prestige Banquet Hall. What a lovely day.
Congratulations, Dayton and Rebecca!
