Weddings

Ryan + Autumn

March 30, 2016

It’s spring, and Ryan and Autumn have had their photos to enjoy, but its time for me to share this gorgeous winter wedding.

Ryan and Autumn were married on January 8th, and that is my personal favorite time of year to get married.  I was married the first week of January myself, and I had hoped for snow.  Neither Autumn nor I had any snow, but we share quite a bit in common.  Mainly, we both have pretty incredible relationships and families that rock.  You know that I love family and what they mean to a couple on their wedding day, but when your wedding is in the winter and involves pine cones…well, that’s just plain awesome.

From the start of the day, I enjoyed every second. Autumn’s maids were fantastic, and we just truly had a wonderful time…rain and all.  Ryan’s guys were equally great right down to the speeches.  I don’t know that there were many folks that weren’t enthralled with the words that people spoke of these two.

Still, around dinner time, I had to pinch myself.  Sure, there were really lovely details and a fun DJ. Autumn’s dress choices were great, and the couple’s portraits were a blast. But these moments when I look at the couple just starting out on such an incredible journey, I am reminded how blessed I am to be the one to capture this.

Congratulations, friends.  May you have a long, blessed marriage.

P.S. I am sorry the post is so long. I just hated leaving out any of their gorgeous day!

Thank you to an amazing team of people that made all of the little details come to life.
